Joe Johnson (Atlanta Hawks) keeps the streets of Hotlanta burnin with this Rover on 24's. NC Forged custom built a set of staggered 24's for Joe with his number in the center of the floating center caps. A few choice trim pieces were painted along with smoking the lights to finish off the exterior. For the interior we added a pounding system with custom trim to complete the look.
